Rookie Manager combines online, group-based training with a dedicated and experienced management coach to help you learn management as you go. Online training helps you build your identity as a manager and the skills you need to be successful. Your learning community and management coach are there day to day as you navigate your new responsibilities.

What Are The Requirements?
We are looking for beta participants who are :
- Interested in learning new management skills
- Under 30 years old
- About to start a management / supervisor job OR early in their management career
- Able to dedicate about 90 minutes per week for 4 weeks
- Committed to completing weekly surveys
- Based in the US
